At MrLintGuy, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.


30-Day Warranty

All products purchased from MrLintGuy come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use conditions.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for defective or damaged products only. Returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Product must be defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues
  • Product must be in its original packaging when possible
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or products that have been used beyond initial testing.


No Refunds Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds. All approved returns will be processed as:

  • Product Exchange: Replacement with the same product
  • Store Credit: Credit toward future purchases

The method of resolution will be determined based on product availability and the nature of the defect or damage.


How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product name and description
  • Detailed description of the defect or damage
  • Photos of the defect or damage (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product if approved.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis:

  • Defective Products: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Customer Error: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
  • Products modified or altered from their original condition
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Consumable items (such as replacement whips) that have been used

Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or provide store credit at no additional cost to you.
